  2026 and not a thing has changed. If you are a woman stay clear of this place. These gus are sharks!!! I was shushed while asking questions on the deal I was getting and now a month later-- after I closed a deal I got a bill. Consider yourself warned. These bad deals will haunt you for year!

  We had a great experience at Bill Kay Nissan. Our sales representative was Kevin. He treated us with respect and was very easy to work with. We ended up leasing a new Pathfinder. Great car, great service and we left appreciating everyone we encountered. The leasing manager was friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend Bill Kay Nissan .

  Zain was so helpful and positive with my purchase from the time I walked in to the time I got my car he was listening to my concerns he was so informative knowledgeable about the cars which was surprising and even though I’m a girl he didn’t try to get over on me which was a 10 cause I been to many places they will try that honestly it was a smooth process for me he is very good at his job

  Very peaceful environment to shop for a car! My young adult son was ready to buy his first car and I joined him in doing just that at Bill Kay Nissan in Downers Grove last week . From the moment we stepped inside the dealership, we were shown kindness by the salespeople until the time we left. My son really didn’t need me to help him really because Nick Z. and Zain were both so accommodating and didn’t rush my son. Nick helped my son find a new 2026 Nissan Altima that was in his budget and Zain, my son and I took it for a test drive. Both men were supportive and knowledgeable so my son felt at ease during the whole process. I also want to acknowledge the man who assisted my son in making his decision on what maintenance plan to get, as well as all the advice he got about financing his car from the financial advisor there. I’m sorry… I forgot his name, though. Thanks for the awesome car shopping experience! We’ll be sure to recommend your dealership to our family and friends!

  If you're ever wondering which dealership to go to purchase or lease your new vehicle or used? I would highly suggest Bill Kay's in Downers Grove. My name is Debbie, I came in to get an oil change on my 2023 Rogue also my lease was going to be up soon. I decided visited the sales department As I was greeted by smiles, I had some questions Nick was sitting at sales desk. As he listened to all of my questions. Nick never said everything like when your husband is home bring he over, like a different dealership did to me many years ago. Then Nick started to look up all my options. I never felt pressured in any way. They found me a hack of a deal with the sales going on right now the deals are we're amazing and I am just paying $57.00 more for the least SUV of my dreams power everything. Tyler was the salesman I was working with and when I drove it I was so excited. I am so very happy with my new vehicle and can't wait to drive it. So stop by and see what they can do for you.
