Liars ,scammed full bait and switched. Non cancelation contract ignorantly signed which was for a vehicle i didn't agree to. The vehicle i test drove and the vehicle i unfortunately purchased from here wasn't the same vehicle. The GM AND OWNER ARE SCAMMERS WHO STATES ANY SITE THEY USE PRICES ARE WRONG. WHICH MEANS THEY ARE DELIBERATELY DECEIVING CONSUMERS TO GET THEM INTO THE STORE. I WENT ON FOR A 29K VEHICLE, DOWN PAYMENT 10K AND STILL OWE MORE THAN 32K. YES I GOT GOT. IT'S MY FIRST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE AND THEY NEW THAT. THEY ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY AND ONLY OUT DUPE AS MANY UNEDUCATED CAR BUYERS. They lied and said capital one website pictured below made up the price as capital one states they got it directly from the dealership themselves. Why would capitalone lie on them????

EVERYONE at Bill Kay Buick GMC was so friendly and helpful! Christian helped me first through Facebook Marketplace, and when I arrived at the dealership, Dylan was my sales representative.
Dylan was such a nice, friendly young man. He was never pushy, which I really appreciated. After I bought the car, I started getting a little nervous because, well… it’s a big purchase! 😂 Dylan was so calm and reassuring and kept reminding me that I had made a really good purchase.
Now that I’ve driven the car home… I LOVE IT AND I’M SOOOO HAPPY!!! ❤️🚙
Thank you to Dylan, Christian, and everyone at Bill Kay Buick GMC who helped make this possible. I truly appreciate how kind everyone was throughout the whole experience.
May you all be blessed!!🙂

I was initially told by David that my vehicle needed an engine replacement, and I was given an estimate of approximately $9,750. Based on what I was told, I agreed to proceed with the engine replacement.
It took several weeks for the replacement engine to arrive. During the installation, I was informed that the vehicle also needed eight injectors. I questioned this because I had been told that the engine replacement would cover everything necessary. I asked them to speak with David, who had originally told me that the entire engine would be replaced. I was then told that the replacement was only for the engine block and that the injectors were not included. I was ultimately charged for six injectors. I later learned that David was no longer working for the company.
After I picked up my vehicle, I immediately noticed that the engine was vibrating and shaking. I returned to the dealership and explained the issue. They told me that the spark plug wires needed to be replaced, so I paid for the replacement. However, the shaking and vibration continued.
At that point, I decided to take the vehicle to another mechanic for a second opinion. The other mechanic diagnosed the problem as a misfire on the second cylinder. I returned to the dealership, explained the diagnosis, and requested a refund for the spark plug wires because replacing them did not resolve the problem and they were not the cause of the issue.
The manager refused to provide a refund and told me that this was not going to happen.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the way this dealership handled the situation. I feel that I was given misleading information regarding the engine replacement, charged for additional parts that I was not expecting, and then charged for repairs that did not resolve the problem. The communication and customer service have also been extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful.
I expected honest communication, professional service, and a proper resolution to the problems with my vehicle. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this dealership deserves one.
I purchased a brand-new 2026 GMC Sierra Denali, and within three weeks and roughly 3,000 miles, the engine failed and had to be replaced. After the dealership installed the new engine, the truck immediately began throwing engine codes again. I ultimately had to take it to another GMC dealership, where I was informed the original engine installation had not been done correctly.
What disappointed me even more was the way I was treated. After the second issue, the sales manager told me he was working on getting me into a replacement truck. Later that same day, I was told my repaired truck was ready instead. When I called back, I was informed that the only option was to trade my nearly new truck, absorb the depreciation, and take out a completely new loan. That was a complete reversal of what I had been promised.
Communication between the sales and service departments was inconsistent, and I never felt like anyone took ownership of the situation. After trading in two high-value vehicles to purchase this truck, I expected far better customer service and support.
I eventually took my truck to Woody Buick GMC in Naperville, and the difference was night and day. Their service department has been professional, knowledgeable, organized, and has treated me with the respect and urgency I expected from the beginning. Looking back, I wish I had purchased my truck there instead.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. Buying a new vehicle should come with confidence and support when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here

I recently purchased a 2022 BMW X1 from Bill Kay Buick GMC, and while there were several positive aspects to my experience, there were also some issues that future buyers should be aware of.
First, I want to recognize Jordyn Finley, my salesperson. He was professional, courteous, and worked hard throughout the process. He did everything he could to keep the sale moving, answered my questions, and stayed in communication. My concerns are not with him.
I also want to recognize the finance manager. Once we met with him, he was professional and explained everything clearly. My concern is not with him personally, but with the dealership's scheduling and overall finance process.
The night before my appointment, I called to confirm everything would be ready because I had a very tight schedule and another appointment later that day. I was assured the vehicle and paperwork would be prepared. I even arrived early to help keep everything on schedule.
Unfortunately, our 11:00 a.m. finance appointment started late, and after the finance manager arrived, we had to wait even longer because there was only one finance office available and it was already occupied. As a result, I couldn't complete the purchase before my next commitment and had to leave and return later. For a dealership that handles this many customers, I believe the finance process could be organized much more efficiently.
My biggest concern involved the second BMW key fob. I was initially told the vehicle only came with one key and that another would cost several hundred dollars. During negotiations, a second used key fob was found, and I was told it could be reprogrammed for my vehicle. After the purchase, I contacted another BMW dealership and received different information about whether a used BMW key fob can actually be programmed to another vehicle. That conflicting information left me questioning whether I had been given accurate information. I would encourage anyone purchasing a vehicle to verify details like keys, warranties, and other important items before completing the sale.
I was also disappointed with my interaction with the general sales manager. I understand dealerships can't agree to every request, and I respect that. We simply asked if the dealership would consider sharing the cost of a second key fob. The request was declined, which is certainly their right. However, the conversation felt rushed and dismissive, and I never felt that my concerns were genuinely heard. A little more patience and customer service would have made a significant difference during such an important purchase.
Overall, I like the vehicle and appreciate the effort Jordyn put into helping us. However, the scheduling delays, the finance process, the conflicting information about the key fob, and my experience with management kept this from being a five-star experience.
If you're considering buying a vehicle here, my advice is simple: Ask questions, verify everything, and don't hesitate to get a second opinion on anything you don't fully understand. Doing your homework before signing the paperwork can save you time, money, and frustration.
