  I was required to wait 20 minutes past my pick up time due to the fact no associates choose to be on time for work which lead to increased wait for them to get the buisness opened up. The vehicle had someones garbage in from prior use. It was dirty and needed to be washed. There was no emergency kit in the rear, someone had not replaced it apparently, and to add insult to injury I had to fill it up with gas to use it as it was not fueled and ready to go.

  Not sure about the stars this has but they seem to struggle keeping help. Each time I come it’s someone different and the vehicles are more often than not dirty. Regional manager needs to do better about this location.

  Showed up to pick up my rental car today and was told I was late and they gave my car to someone else. I called my insurance company and they got me a car with Hertz in Rockford. Never will use Enterprise again. That's your response. You want me to go to your website and fill out something? You have my name , I had a car reserved for 9 am on 7/21, you gave it to someone else. Still no apology from your business. Here's your problem, you don't know how to treat customers.
