  Got hit by a fed ex truck so I got a rental through their insurance. I was told not going to have to pay anything for rental. I look at my account a month later and they had removed 520 dollar no email no text no invoice and oh yeah of course this was Friday night so couldn't get ahold of anyone tell Monday. Oh the customer service for there call center is one of the worst. Its hard when you live in a small town and the only place is this garbage business. ​

  Would give it 0 stars if I could. This is my second time trying to rent from enterprise in Dixon. The first was a few years ago and I thought it was a fluke so thought I would try again. They didn’t have a car and didnt call me until 2.5 hours before my reservation causing me to scramble to find somewhere else. Learned my lesson will keep renting from elsewhere when I fly home.

  Reps are awesome, check in and return was super easy and fluid, car was updated and clean, super convenient. Very good experience!

  I had a great experience renting a car from the Dixon Enterprise. They provided me a 2025 Hyundai Sonata and it was a great ride! The rental was through an insurance claim and the staff at Dixon Enterprise were really quick and attentive to get me set up in a rental and corresponded well with my insurance carrier. I believe the staff member's names are Luke and Bry, but they were extremely courteous!
