- JMJacob McbrideMay 18, 20261.0Got hit by a fed ex truck so I got a rental through their insurance. I was told not going to have to pay anything for rental. I look at my account a month later and they had removed 520 dollar no email no text no invoice and oh yeah of course this was Friday night so couldn't get ahold of anyone tell Monday. Oh the customer service for there call center is one of the worst. Its hard when you live in a small town and the only place is this garbage business.
