  Patrick, Luis and Anthony did a fantastic job. They were quick,efficient and checked everything. I have steered all our techs to them and other locations for all our company cars for oil changes since my first visit 18 months ago, along with family members.

  Awesome team. Got an oil change. Topped off my windshield fluid and had my wipers replaced. (Red GMC TERRAIN) They did ALL the things. Perfect oil change. Would recommend.

  Greeted and handed a bottle of water while I sat in the car. They got right to it and were done quickly. They filled tires checked fluids and topped them. Very professional and I will continue to come back for oil changes. Thank you.

  Came in for a routine oil change on 4/16/26. Left with a car that was completely undriveable. Within 3 minutes of leaving, my 2006 Prius threw the master warning light, started violently shaking, and the hybrid system shut down. Brought it to a diagnostic shop — three wires near the oil pan were cleanly severed. Got 8 OBD fault codes including hybrid system failure and ECM faults. When I came back to Strickland Brothers the same day, they looked me in the eye and said ‘the wires were like that before.’ If they were like that before I'm pretty sure the car would be behaving the way it does currently prior to an oil change. It says on their receipt: “Any issue that arises must be brought back to our service facility first… Strickland Brothers will have the first opportunity to conduct any inspections/repairs or the limited warranty is voided.” And I went right back but didn't get any clear explanation or help with through their so called "warranty". I have photos. I have the codes. A car I was driving perfectly an hour earlier is now worth scrap value. I trusted these guys as a new customer, went there just because my regular place I go to, which is Oil Pro in Elk Grove Village, great guys by the way were closed that day, I've never had issues with them since they're all experienced and careful. I lost weeks of work, spent unneccessary amounts of money on Uber to drive for work and towing, had stressful and exhausting days going to the mechanic and towing the car all around the city. Had a beatiful day right before I went to change the oil, now my whole week or even two is just ruined completely and I'm left with a bricked car!!! I will formally complain to their Corporate Office. Never again, never. Avoid this location. That's all I can say
