  Went in for an oil change. Anthony and Patrick helped me out. Both did a fantastic job and were extremely informative about everything going on and happening. They went above and beyond with their excellent customer service.

  The staff was professional. The service was excellent. My concern is for 2 issues from my last visit to the DesPlaines, Il. location for an oil change. It has been a common occurrence that you receive a water bottle while waiting for your oil to be changed. That didn’t happen this visit. Not the end of the world. Didn’t think much of it until I seen the employees sweating profusely and in need of some water themselves. It was 9am and it was already 90 degrees and extremely humid from the recent storms. They didn’t have a fan or water on an extremely hot day. As a contractor who frequently witnesses OSHA check coolers for ice and water on days like today….was clearly shocked by the conditions they had to work in. Also, customers are expected to sit in the vehicle and sweat along with them. If I was the GM or store manager of this place, I would get an industrial fan for hot days and make sure you have water for customers and employees….especially on days there is a heat advisory for half of the Country!! Every legitimate service shop has one for hot days!! Is Strickland Brothers a legitimate service shop or a sweat shop??

  I had a great experience at Strickland Brothers for my oil change. Patrick and Luis went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. They were professional, friendly, efficient, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed. It’s not often you come across customer service like this, and they truly made the experience stress-free. I really appreciate their honesty, attention to detail, and outstanding work. If you’re looking for excellent service, I highly recommend Strickland Brothers.

  On a Friday @ about 10:30 in the morning I arrived. The two assistants (wish I remembered their names) could not of been more friendly and professional. I had an oil change and they explained each step. I have had exceptional service here since they opened. I recommend them to those in my family. You would be well served to give them a try..

  If I could give 1 million stars, I absolutely would! Anthony at Strickland Brothers⁠ made my oil change experience amazing from beginning to end. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. He took the time to explain everything and never made me feel pressured. Customer service like this is rare and Anthony truly went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied. My car was taken care of and I felt valued as a customer the entire time. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Anthony to anyone needing an oil change. Thank you again for such outstanding service. If I could leave 1 million stars, I would! ⭐️
