  Was trying it out for the first time and won't be back. I got there a couple minutes after they opened but couldn't pull in yet because the manager was late. Then when the manager came, they took a car that came after I did. Maybe he had a bad day or something, but the manager seemed a little rude. The guy who actually changed my oil, Joe, was super nice and patient even when I was asking about coupon details. It took about an hour from when I first pulled in to the shop to be done. Overall, would not recommend to others.

  I took my car to the store the guy came outside he told me that they charge 125$ to 135$ for oil change. I said that’s insane Toyota dealer doesn’t charge that much. For full synthetic oil that’s too much price.

  Mgr Anthony and Joe his assistant were nice and polite, quick oil & air filter changed and they even honored my coupon that was expired by 2 days, they were not aggressive trying to sell other items definitely recommend it. Des Plaines location & will go back for next service.

  I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my experiences at two of your service locations. Unfortunately, these incidents have caused me to lose confidence in your company. Unfortunately, my experience at your Des Plaines location was even more concerning. At the end of June, I had a routine oil change performed there. After the service, I began experiencing problems with my vehicle. I later discovered that the technician had failed to properly tighten the oil drain plug. Because the drain plug was left loose, my vehicle continuously leaked engine oil, leaving oil spots on the street wherever I parked. The oil level gradually became dangerously low until my engine was affected. This was a preventable mistake that should never have happened during a routine oil change. I believe customers should be able to trust that basic maintenance, such as an oil change, is performed correctly. Failing to properly secure the drain plug is unacceptable, demonstrates a lack of attention to detail, and could have resulted in even more serious engine damage or a safety hazard. These experiences have caused me to lose confidence in your company. I respectfully request that your corporate office thoroughly investigate both incidents. I also ask that appropriate disciplinary action be taken regarding the conduct at both the Hickory Hills and Des Plaines locations. Employees and managers should be held accountable when their actions negatively affect customers, whether through unnecessary sales pressure or negligent workmanship that results in vehicle damage. I hope your company will take these concerns seriously and implement corrective measures to ensure that other customers do not experience similar situations. I would appreciate a written response regarding the outcome of your investigation and the steps your company intends to take to address these issues
