  The tow man was amazing and they were able to squeeze my pickup in last minute, but the company did not holdup their end. I couldn’t find title last minute due to moving recently and was told once found I could get the remainder. 4 days later I found it and tried to get them to not only give me what was promised and pick up a second car and said they couldn’t. So i responded and said no ty on my other car and blocked them.

  I am deeply saddened to share that my father passed away at the Asbury Courts Senior Facility. Shortly after his passing, Lee Sartin arranged for Cash For Junk Cars to tow my father’s vehicle from the premises and had it destroyed without our knowledge. When I contacted the company, I spoke with a man named Eric Dominguez, who confirmed that they had taken the vehicle. Initially, they offered me $300 for it. I reached out multiple times for clarification, but each time I spoke to someone new who claimed to be Eric Dominguez. Unfortunately, their voices and information didn’t match, which only added to my confusion during this difficult time. As I continued to navigate my grief, they began to avoid my calls. I sought assistance from the Des Plaines Police Department in hopes of getting clarity, and they eventually raised their offer to $500. However, they still continued to avoid my calls, leaving me feeling frustrated and helpless. After my lawyer made a more formal attempt to reach a settlement, he received no response. It has now been a year since my father’s passing, and it hurts to know that this situation remains unresolved. I truly wish for some closure during this challenging time.

  They don’t ask questions about the car. They only ask for tile and keys they don’t are like others, asking for the tires,radio,paint,windows, battery,if it’s rusty ,if all the lights work, if the car runs if have a engine if have the catalytic etc…..💯❌💯 recommended
