I had a great experience at this tire shop. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, and the service felt genuinely helpful rather than rushed. What stood out most was the manager, Kevin. He was extremely nice and took the time to explain my options clearly. He made sure I understood what I was getting, answered my questions patiently, and treated me with respect throughout the whole process. The attention to detail and friendly attitude made a stressful task (choosing new tires) feel easy. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and the outcome. If you’re looking for a tire shop where people actually care, this is the place to go—especially if Kevin is working that day.

They replaced my tires and rims. They were friendly and very polite and as a female shopper I always feel uncomfortable shopping for tires but that were very informative

I live in the city but when I told my friend that I was looking for an honest tire shop, he reccomended them, and all I have to say it was worth the drive. Honest and straight to the point, and i completely understand why they reccomend coming by appointment, because the amount of returning customers they had while I was there was back to back. Staff was friendly and busy, which is a rare combination because at other places its either one or the other. Full shop, a car on every lift, and everyones working, so clearly they're doing something right. Kevin was the one that was mainly helping me out, but the other staff all seemed great too. In interactions they remembered their customers, and their customers remembered them too, and nobody seemed unhappy. Overall great first impression and I look forward to going back when my wifes car is the next up for new tires and service.

I drive an EV and called Belle Tire who refused to patch tires and Discount Tire who would but wouldn't schedule an appointment. My boss had me call Just Tires and I am glad I did! Anthony, Kevin and Andrew were awesome! They were a bit short handed but I was able to drop my truck off and they got it fixed, balanced and back on the road. Pricing was was even better than the 2 previously mentioned competitors! Thank you guys and I will be back!!!!!

I went to Just Tires in Deerfield for a quote on four Michelin CrossClimate 2 tires. I was given an estimate totaling $1,724.12. The quote included $209.99 for a three-year alignment program, $183.96 for road-hazard protection, and $135.80 for installation. I specifically questioned the alignment recommendation because my Cadillac has not shown the usual symptoms of needing an alignment. The quote itself includes a free alignment check, so, I don't understand why I should purchase a three-year alignment program before the car has even been checked and shown to be out of alignment. I subsequently compared the total with Costco, where I can purchase the same tires for roughly $1,020 with installation and road-hazard coverage included. The difference was approximately $700. I understand that businesses are entitled to price their products and offer additional services, but I found the number of additional charges and upselling excessive. I declined the quote and will purchase the tires elsewhere. My advice is to compare the complete out-the-door price and question optional services before agreeing with them.
