  What’s the point of paying to park when one can park illegally block you in and the proprietor or the police don’t do anything about it? Avoid this place if your law abiding citizen. However, if you’re lawless it’s the place for you.

  Store ladies provide an amazing customer service to us , we came from Tx and they was super nice with us. Little Blue help me with my shower pin, I have issues because time expire when I pick my clothes from truck and she open the shower to me and take action to show on use in the system .

  9/4/26 I am thoroughly disgusted with this pilot. I am a female driver that came to this establishment to book a shower to wash away days of work. Completely minding my business in the shower. Destressing from the road. When a pilot employee [older big black lady with braids] comes banging on the shower door as if she holds a federal license. Peaking my ptsd & anxiety. For the employee to end the interaction threatening a driver. This employee needs to understand certain actions can cause certain reactions out of people. Good or bad. Yes we are all human however a professional employee should always be a professional no matter the circumstances. She should find employment elsewhere.

  My sister used to go to Pilot frequently until a couple of bad incidences. July 28, 2026 after a very long day working. She finished her clothes before midnight, rested her eyes and dozed off…thought dreaming “ that of a ranging monster at: 1:20 Am July 29, 2026 from a deep sleep…Mary loudly yelling as she is banging, pounding on the car window/door “ shouting, open your door or window!) She left to get away from Lady Mary! is NO lady! Anyway, the whole reason was over Mary’s PARKING SPOT/SPACE. Wednesday August 5, 2026… My sister was able to heat up my food, but couldn’t do her clothes Mary told her to leave the store! Because Mary resented being reported to corporate. Mary called the police over her personal PARKING SPOT! ) Mary’s name isn’t on HER parking spot! It’s public parking! UNASSIGNED in front of the store. Mary kept trying to get other employees involved, but they weren’t having any of her drama, hallelujah! 🥳 Respect ✊🫶🏻 to her co workers! She called the police and my sister called corporate to report her again to all the departments including legal for her harassment and assault over a parking spot! Very rude and unprofessional. Mary is a liability to the company as well as to the customers, she’s not good dealing with the public and shouldn’t be there!
