  July 28, 2026 after a very long day working. I finished my clothes before midnight. I rested my eyes and dozed off. I was dreaming “so, I thought “ that of a ranging monster, Mary rudely woke me up at 1:20 Am July 29, 2026 from a deep sleep…aggressively banging on my door/window (yelling open your door or window!) I just left to get away from Lady Mary! is NO lady, rather a ranging monster! Anyway, I had no clue to exactly why, until I went back to eat before doing my clothes on Wednesday August 5, 2026. I was able to heat up my food, but couldn’t do my clothes Mary told me to leave her store! Mary told me “You reported me AND now I’m reporting you to the police.” I said why? Mary said because you’re here when I am. I laughed and said “what’s wrong with you?” She said ( You TOOK my PARKING SPOT! ) Mary’s name isn’t on HER parking spot! It’s public parking! UNASSIGNED in front of the store. She kept trying to get other employees involved, but they weren’t having any of her drama, hallelujah! 🥳 Respect ✊🫶🏻 to her co workers! She called the police and I called corporate to report her again to all the departments including legal for her harassment and assault over a parking spot! Michelle and Aubrey know about both times and they told me. I am welcome there anytime and can park and sleep in any parking spot! Mary is a liability to the company as well as to the customers, she’s not good dealing with the public and shouldn’t be there!

  Shorty J. is hands-down one of the best parts of stopping at this Pilot. She is always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything a customer needs. She brings the kind of energy that can improve your day before you even get back on the road. Great customer service is getting harder to find, but Shorty J. makes it look easy. Pilot definitely has a good one!

  Biscuit at the hot holding was soggy and hard at 3:15am no time stamp on hot foods which make sense why the Biscuit wasnt edible waste of $5! Cappuccino machine needs cleaned bc it doesnt give much flavor mostly water which indicates a cleaning is over due or product is expired/ needs recalibrated. Overall this location just looks dirty. I would recommend going a mile up the road and stopping at Loves!
