  Renting a suv at 730 in morning to pick up. We show up no one is here at 730am. No one here at 8am. Does anyone work here. Sure liked our money. Hell of a way to run a business. We’re going to Springfield next time. Waste our time.

  DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!! For the THIRD TIME in a row, I’ve had a reservation with them for over a month and they did not have a car for me when I was scheduled to pick it up. I had to take my personal car to Chicago last week because they did not have a car. I called them a day before and confirmed my reservation. They said Yes, we will have a car for you. I was supposed to pick up the car at noon so, at the advice of my wife, I called them again the next day to make sure they had a car for me. They said No but that I should call back at 12:30 and they should have one then. I called back at 12:30 and they said No, we are still waiting on returns and we do not know when we will have one. I then gave them my Seinfeld line of ‘What is the purpose of a reservation when they don’t hold the reservation’ and told them to cancel it. Once is random, twice is a trend, three times is complete failure. Addendum: Just chatted with an Enterprise representative. She said, "A reservation doesn't guarantee you a car." WHAT???

  Pretty poor service. I rarely rent a car - but needed to. We started off the morning of Saturday May 16th to Florida. Unfortunately we grazed a deer going down US-51 between Pana and Ramsey. With only one headlight working, we didn't want to continue the 12 hour trip in our vehicle. Upon arriving home around 4 am, I got on the Enterprise website. The Enterprise website showed availability and I booked a vehicle to be picked up when Enterprise opened. Walked into the office. I was told three other people were waiting for a rental and that they were expecting vehicles to be returned later in the day. The office closes at noon on Saturdays but the manager said that they would call me as soon as the vehicle was ready and they would be working later today - and to expect a call between 12:30 and 2:30 pm. That call never came. I called Enterprise customer service twice - about 45 minutes apart. First call around 2 pm. Both representatives said they were going to send an "urgent email" to the district manager. Needless to say - that didn't change anything. I then looked up other car rental places at the three airports that are open later - Springfield, Bloomington, Champaign. Unfortunately all of those rental agencies showed no vehicles available on their website. I called three of them direct to verify - and they also confirmed no vehicles were available. But yet.. the Enterprise website showed they had 50+ vehicles available at the locations. Moral of the story - do not believe the Enterprise website with inventory. It is woefully incorrect and a major let down when you can make a reservation that has no way of ever being fulfilled.

  Friendly counter service but a lot of people waiting to be helped, only 1 employee behind the counter. Depending on what time you arrive, be prepared to possibly wait a while.
