  How many 1 star reviews until this place goes out of business? I honestly think these folks are huffing bead sealer in the back...or, maybe they're just.. tired. Too tired... Speaking of tires, I bought 2 brand new tires from this place. Less than 400 miles later, I got a flat and changed it on the side of the road. The tire had no holes or punctures and I never hit anything. The side walls were bubbled and I assume a belt broke inside. The tire whisperer at the front desk insists I drove on it while it was flat, which I didn't. I know this because I went from driving 70 to changing a tire in 10 seconds... flat, but mostly because...I don't huff bead sealer in the back of a 1 star tire shop. When I asked him how he thinks it went flat to begin with he couldn't explain it. It's obviously a defective tire or an installation error, as you can see in pictures. Do remember, there are no holes or punctures. Also, it took them 3 hours to figure out they weren't replacing it. They never took it off the rim and never dunked it to verify there were no holes in it. I will let you guess what they were doing during this time (bead sealer).. Tomorrow, I will be going across the street to Best One. They have almost 5 star reviews and I have done business with them several times before and should have never left. I will update this post after receiving Best One's PROFESSIONAL opinion.

  So THANKFUL for Belle Tire and their professional service! I have unfortunately had issues with my tires 2 weeks in a row. The Customer Service Team has been so responsive, and polite. I was able to get in the day I called and had my tires fixed right away! I sincerely appreciate the service I received!

  Didn't want to patch a screw in my tire, wanted to upsell me a new tire. When I told them no they tried to scare me into buying a new tire when current tire had less than 10k miles on it. Took it to a more reputable tire place in town and they patched it just fine. Will not return to belle tire.

  They lost my husband "s tire and didn't even try to look for it .I do not recommend this place at all.

  DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BELLE TIRE! I had tires and an alignment done. We discovered about 700 miles later that the technician failed to tighten the lower control arm bolts and the outer tie rods. This caused the rack and pinion to fail. Luckily my wife was in her work parking lot when she heard the pop and lost control of the steering. Had she been on the highway, I can't imagine what would have happened. Belle Tire's response--we don't need to do anything because the technician no longer works here. What?? When an employee works for you, you are responsible for everything that employee does. Absolutely awful customer service, not to mention they cannot even do the job correctly. Go anywhere else for your own safety
