  Absolutely worst business transaction ive ever had to deal with. Communication is NON existent. Bought a set of wheels and tires 6-26 and was told roughly a week to get. 2 weeks later i try calling just to see where we are at status wise but absolutely can NOT get a response from the shop or owner. 4 days of no one answering a phone, text, messenger, email or even a call back from multiple voicemails left. I finally get a response from the owner claiming they are closed for july when they took my order in june not saying a word about being closed in july and had no problem taking the money. Then fast forward to week of july 13th when i get ghosted 4 days with no word and finally get a email response stating the order can not be fulfilled and they cant even refund me back through my card cause they no longer have a card machine so i had to drive over to the shop and get my money back. Even once to the shop, doors were locked no one would answer a phone and owner wouldnt answer his phone either so after about 10 calls someone finally came out to give me my money back. WAY more of a hassle then what it should have been! Communication this bad will ultimately kill this business, once you start ghosting paying customers for something as easy as wheels and tires there is something wrong. 100% save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. Owner didnt even have the decency to call and explain anything, just point the finger at other workers who was supposedly fired but oddly enough if you read the other negative review that Beth left she dealt with the very same Communication issues with apparently someone being fired then as well. All in all, its the first negative business review i have ever left. When a business owner cant even return a phone call after asking multiple times then thats a red flag.

  This has been the worst experience dealing with a business I think I’ve ever had. We went in on 4/10 and put a nice deposit down on a lift kit, 5 wheels and 5 tires. They were to call the following week to get the install scheduled. It is now 4/29 and I’ve not heard a word from them. I call and text daily and nobody returns my call. They also won’t even answer the phones. I believe we have just gotten scammed out of our deposit. I would definitely not recommend this place. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
