  Had a reservation for pickup was running late so I called at 5:44pm just to confirm a few details to pick up the next day was placed on hold for like 13 minutes until they closed which was 6pm like come on simple information is all I needed

  The initial smell was over powering but clean . Once it faded you can then smell stale odor, evidently it was a smoked in catr at some point. Otherwise clean

  Update: One week later, still being put through hoops to get this resolved. Still have not received my deposit or compensation back. Have not received a call from "regional" after being told to keep my line open three days last week. OG: Super disappointed with this whole experience. Was told to pick up the rental truck at a certain time, the employee was 45 minutes late. I was not told about the $300 deposit when booking, so that was a huge blow on my budget when picking up the truck. We were disclosed about a trim part that was falling off above the wheel well of the truck. "It should stay on", we didn't want to be held liable for further damage or loss of peices, so we unclipped it and clipped it back on when we returned the truck. Additionally, I had to air up the tires and the oil wasnt changed prior to picking up the rental. We were also given the truck with an empty fuel tank. Upon returning the truck, the employee did not do an inspection wuth us. I had asked, and he said he was busy with someone else and rushed us out and continued to proceed with the other customers rental. I tried to call later that day with questions, no one answered. I called THREE times the next day with no answer or return call. Then I tried again, and my calls just started going straight to "No one is available to take your call, goodbye". I still have not received my deposit back. I called customer service this morning. Apparently, our rental hadn't even been closed out yet. Now its being sent to a district manager and I am still patiently waiting for a call of resolution. Im sure Enterprise is wonderful, but this location lacks professionalism and customer service and put a bad taste in my mouth.

  Do not rent a car from this location. They do not answer their phones. They do not have the cars to rent and they do not know when cars will be available. There is no customer service at all. Very poor service.

  I had a reservation at this location to pick up a rental between ten and eleven am. We showed up about 9:50 am. There was a sign on the door that said they were temporarily closed and they would be back soon. There was another customer waiting too. Then over the course of the next half hour we waited outside the building as 3-4 more customers showed up and had started waiting with us. 45 minutes we waited for someone to show up. As I waited I had called their customer service to try and get someone. They had to get ahold of the branch manager to get her to show up. Then as 6-7 people were standing in the lobby she told us that our reservation wasn’t there and she would have to leave again to go pick it up. I asked her well what are you going to do to make this right because I’m on a time table and now I’m more than an hour behind schedule and that she should give every person there a discount. She said well I put up a sign like that makes it ok. I will never rent from this location. Any time I’ve dealt with enterprise I’ve had a good professional experience and this is the most unprofessional customer service I have ever been through. We ended up just walking out and leaving our reservation. She was probably happy in the moment that we were gone but she seriously needs to be fired and bring in a working manager that will make people do their jobs and keep someone at the office.
