Told me they didn’t carry the part and couldn’t order it. Jumped on their website after getting off the phone and shows all the parts available and in store. I am aware you don’t need to know everything about vehicles to work there but they definitely lost out on a few hundred dollars.

They tested our battery twice today, inspected under hood, inside AND outside of our Jeep. Kayla and the two guys were so helpful and easy to talk to as someone who had no idea what could be wrong with my poor Jeep. To make sure they gave us the most accurate diagnosis they went above and beyond from what I thought would be just a simple battery test, it turned into a really nice convo with them and I will 100% come back and replace my battery with them because I felt reassured and felt like I was talking to three people who knew what they were talking about, that’s some good employees right there. Thank you guys so much for once again reminding me why I love coming into this location!

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
