  I purchased a battery terminal from this store after the AutoZone website indicated it would fit my vehicle. After I removed the terminal from packaging the terminal did not fit my vehicle. I had discarded packaging because the website recommended the terminal for my vehicle. I entered this AutoZone location to do a return and the worker and manager Judith prevented me from returning product although I had receipt. They wanted original packaging. Judith had a nasty attitude and insisted I bring original packaging. She called her manager on phone and began to speak with him in Spanish instead of English so I had no idea what misinformation she told him. I asked why she was not speaking in English and she said she can speak in any language she wants. After phone call she still refused to process return saying she doesn't know if item is from AutoZone although I had receipt. Saying she needs packaging.

  If I could negative stars for the woman working tonight I'd give a -10! Zero customer service. She was yelling at customer in front of me. I will never go back!
