  Incredible service and business at the countryside enterprise. I can tell this staff is treated well because they all instill that same wellness onto everyone that walks in. I worked with John, Kaylee, and Aaron (apologies if I misspelled). Trust that if they can help you, they will. No gimmicks, no exaggerations, just straight business with great attitude.

  Joe over at Countryside Enterprise truly was an outstanding gentleman. Absolutely gave me the utmost BEST customer service. Helped me correct a previous issue with the Westmont & Brookfield location. 10/10 highly satisfied. Will definitely be contacting Joe and the countryside location for all future rentals.

  John at the location on LaGrange is the best service rep ever. He was kind, patient, and took care of me like I was his one and only customer. I will come back to Enterprise and this location in particular because of the great quality of service I got from him. He is A++ in my book!!

  Live person on the phone keeps telling me that car is available, but staff at this place keeps cancelling reservation because they tell me they dont have any cars. This happened to me 3 times in a row. Worst of the worst.

  From the moment I entered Enterprise’s Countryside lobby— impressed by the CX. John and Nina handled a LOT of transactions, and still exhibited kindness to all. (Including a special needs individual who happened by) Kudos to management!
