  We made a reservation online through Costco, pick up at this location at La Grange, Countryside and drop off in California. We were told that the car we reserved was not available at this location and we were offered some other options. We chose Hyundai Tucson and were very happy with this car during all our trip from Chicago to Sacramento, CA. The vehicle was clean and very comfortable. I think this vehicle was even a class higher than we reserved. John, Joe and the third guy (sorry, don’t remember the name) were extremely nice and helpful. The service was great, and the price was great, too (we paid 388$ for 5 days with a drop off at Sacramento + 300$ deposit which was returned in a few days after the drop-off) 👍. I must say that this is our first experience of renting a car, and I am very glad it was great and positive! P.s. I loved the car so much, that I didn’t want to return it 😁

  Kayleigh was excellent she was very punctual and efficient and took care of me. I came in. I needed my tires filled. They were low on air and she was very respectful and was able to do it in less than five minutes very professional and a great leader!!! Thank you again, kayleigh

  Reserved a vehicle online and the vehicle was not actually available at location nor was anything equivalent to it. The saving grace was the agent that took care of me and gave me a heads up the day before my reservation.

  Terrible experience I've ever had at this location as mentioned in other reviews enterprise woman claims there is new hail to the vehicle. Since there was hail damage in the area they believe we caused the hail damage during the duration of rental. We were not even in the state of Illinois so there is no way the damage was cause by us. When enterprise walks through the vehicle with you they ask you to point out any damage that is the length of a dollar bill or the size of a golf ball. When vehicle was picked up it was not inspected as it was at return the whole incident felt scripted like they already had everything planned out.
