  I got fast, efficient, friendly service that I associate with Valvoline. I was told about services Valvoline offers without being pressured to buy. The team worked well together to do a thorough job and I look forward to returning.

  The guy broke my valve stem and then told me to send him the bill for a new replacement. He even LEFT. Drove to O'Reilly to buy a tool to fix it. I was in a car for over an hour trying to get an oil change and left there in worse shape. He said their printer isn't working and neither is the sticker machine. I have video proof of all of this.

  I had an oil change performed here, and less than a week later my vehicle experienced a severe oil loss issue. While driving, the check engine light came on, the engine started making noise, and a warning appeared stating "Low Oil Pressure – Stop Engine Immediately." The vehicle had to be towed. What has been most disappointing is the lack of communication afterward. It has been over a week, and despite being told a manager would contact me, I have received no call. I even contacted the corporate customer service line and was assured the manager would call me back within an hour. Three hours later, I was still waiting with no response. Mistakes can happen, but ignoring a customer who may be dealing with significant vehicle damage is unacceptable. I expected much better customer service and follow-up regarding such a serious issue.
