Communication is essential. Don’t have me pull in and ignore me for an hour. I suggest removing “instant” from your signage.

- HDHolly DarleneJul 21, 20261.0If I could leave ZERO stars I would! Went for a quick oil change and left with NO a/c and a shorted out electrical system. Sent the diagnostic to Valvoline and they said they aren’t responsible even though it showed wet oil on everything. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE!!! $6,000 worth of damage and my car is sitting at the mechanic….wasn’t worth the quick oil change. This place needs to train their employees better.
