  As a woman, it is scary to have your car break down and not have anyone to help you. I googled the nearest (beat rated) auto shop and apprehensively, took my car in. I had some lights come on the dash and I was scared to drive it. Not to mention, very broke. They took my car in, communicated well and asked my permission before doing anything major. I received price quotes and a completion timeline. My car was ready to go less than 24 hours later. I didn’t have to miss work and was able to get back on the road despite me bringing my car in towards the end of the day. The lights on my dash came on again less than a week later. I was exhausted and honestly, felt like I got swindled. They got my car in immediately, didn’t charge me for the diagnostic test again and completed a trans flush for me. Even when I got my car back, they have followed up with me to make sure I have been safe and dash lights have been off. They made me a customer for life although, I really hope I don’t have to bring my car back there again. I feel as if I got really lucky with them. They took a huge weight off my shoulders and helped me breathe a little bit better. Thanks so much Zepeda!!

  The Zepeda team is professional and quick! They diagnosed my dead car battery super quick and only charged me for the new battery. I also took my car in for its annual maintenance and it was complete in less than 5 hours. I’ve taken my car to the dealership (I know) for the last few years and they always hit with me unnecessary charges and services, but Zepeda is fair and efficient.
