- JCJordan Caviedes-ChuaSep 26, 20261.0I would usually post a 5 star for the Valvoline on 31st and Halsted, since I’ve been going here for 2 years. Today, however, I felt the professionalism was so low as mechanics/technicians were acting like a bunch of kids playing around. In my opinion, it was a bit dangerous. I had my oil change between 1:35pm and 1:50pm, Saturday, Sept 26, 2026. The only redeeming quality was the young man who checked the lights of those waiting in line and whom I observed calling out proper procedure and keeping focus while in Bay 1. He even did a recall of procedure when there was no answer back from the bay. Good job (I wished I remembered his name). I was in Bay 2, and observing the “kids” playing in Bay 2 and 3 was a little disheartening. Do better, Valvoline on 31st.
- ACAndrew ChoSep 22, 20261.0Too expensive They charge $120 for full synthetic oil change. That is more expensive than Subaru dealer.
- AAAnne AgostinelliSep 20, 20265.0This location has friendly, efficient, thorough employees who always go over all of my options and never push anything on me that I decline or don't need.
- KBKeionna BohannonSep 18, 20263.0my coupon worth $25 was not honored at all after getting a full synthetic oil change. They didn’t bother resetting my oil level on my car. I got an oil change but the service was okay.
