  I’ve been a regular at this location and every time I go, the service is quick and thorough. Today, George did my oil change and was very nice and helpful. I drive 35 minutes from my house just to get to this location because of the great service.

  I had a great experience! I used a Groupon and was so impressed by the affordable, fast, and efficient service. Jorge was fantastic—friendly, professional, and very helpful—and took great care of my vehicle. I also had my air filter changed (much needed) and a brake light replaced. - Happy Customer!

  I had a great experience here! I came in needing an oil change, new windshield wipers, and an air filter, and the team was incredibly friendly, professional, and honest from start to finish. They got everything taken care of quickly and even gave me 15% off, which was such a nice surprise. It’s hard to find places with great customer service these days, and they definitely exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast, reliable service! Kevin in particular at the western ave location in Chicago was awesome!!

  I came here on a Saturday afternoon expecting to wait, but they got me in and out in like 15 minutes. I got to stay in my car, they explained everything they were doing and aby additional services they were offering, and everyone was smiling, professional, kind, and polite. 10/10 service—will come again and will recommend to a friend.

  I had an outstanding experience at this Valvoline location. Anthony, Alexis, and Mikey provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I didn’t have to wait long, and they discussed the condition of my battery and engine air filter without making me feel pressured. What impressed me most was that they went above and beyond by changing my cabin air filter and making sure I understood what was being done. I was simply in the area taking care of other business, and this location is actually quite a distance from my home. However, because of the excellent service I received from these three young men, I would gladly make the drive back for future service. It’s hard to find customer service like this these days, and they truly made the experience pleasant and stress-free. Thank you, Anthony, Alexis, and Mikey, for a job well done!
