As someone with over 20 years of experience in customer service and sales, I can recognize exceptional service when I see it, and she’s absolutely top tier. She was personable, welcoming, and had such positive energy. She carries herself with confidence and true boss vibes. It’s inspiring to see a young, educated Black woman doing her thing with excellence, wearing a genuine smile, and building real connections with the people she serves.   I just left the shop, and Marshawn took great care of us. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain the process and exactly what I needed done.
