  The team was very professional and very efficient. I came in with a problem caused by a different Valvoline shop after a radiator flush and this Manager listened and fixed it without argument; even performing a deeper underbody inspection for leaks. I also had an oil change done. No issues, but this tech went out of his way to make sure I could see the color difference between the old and new and that the fluid level was exact. When I stated I changed my own air filters and didn't need an inspection, there was no talk back or up selling. I've traveled the country since 2022 and this Valvoline team has impressed me. I feel confident their work is top notch.

  I went to Valvoline for an oil change and had a great experience. Marshawn & Andre was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole visit. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made sure the service was done quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated the great customer service and how smooth the whole process was. I’ll definitely be coming back to Valvoline for my next oil change!

  When I came they greeted me right away and worked with me. They had two other cars and still was able to help with while assisting other people. They helped me with my oil change and told me other problems with my car.

  Eric was wonderful and very professional. I was 2 qt short on oil. Eric explained the reason my oil was burning and check to make sure I didn't have a oil leak, it was the type of engine I had. He check my tires without me asking. Making sure my tires were at the correct air pressure. Thanks Eric!!! This Lady feel much safer now!!
