  I have been to this shop several times and have always had positive experiences. The staff has consistently been friendly, helpful, and efficient. My most recent visit, however, was very disappointing. I brought my car in because the battery, which was less than a year old, kept dying. During the visit, I was told I needed new brakes, a brake fluid flush, an oil change, a tire rotation, and a few other non-urgent maintenance items. I approved the recommended safety and maintenance work. About a week later, the battery failed again, so I had the car towed to another repair shop. The manager there informed me that they could not work on the vehicle because the frame was severely rusted and the car was unsafe to drive. When I explained that another shop had just replaced the brakes and performed maintenance, he told me the corrosion was extensive and would have developed over a long period of time. He questioned why those repairs had been performed without informing me that the vehicle was unsafe. I have no complaints about the staff's professionalism or customer service, but I am deeply concerned that such a serious safety issue was not identified or communicated. Had I been told the car was unsafe due to the frame corrosion, I would not have spent $1,000 on repairs for a vehicle that ultimately had to be totaled. I rarely write reviews, but I believe this is an important safety concern. Customers should be informed when their vehicle is no longer safe to drive so they can make informed decisions and avoid potentially dangerous situations.

  I had a flat tire that needed to be replaced. I had passed this business many times and noticed they always seemed busy so I decided to try them out. These folks couldn't have been nicer. They gave me a price range for the tire and said they would have it ready the next day. A few minutes after I left I got an email with an exact price for 1 tire, and a whole set since they were worn as well. They notified me when my car was ready......earlier then expected..I called when I was on my way fron work and told them my arrival would probably be close to their closing time. They assured me they would be there even if I was running a little late!!! Such great service! I will be definitely back for the other 3 tires!

  My car needed some unexpected and very expensive work done and I could not be more grateful to the guys who work here! They went the extra mile to help make the fix a little more affordable for me, they were quick, and they were helpful in walking me through everything. Also, as a woman, I love going to a shop that I don’t feel like I’m getting ripped off at or talked down to. I’ve been here before and I’ll be back! I highly recommend!

  Took my car here for an inspection and Freddy was so kind and helpful. He was very transparent and honest about what was actually going on with my car. I would definitely come back here!

  My second time in as many weeks going here, first was a minor tire issue they fixed same day, very affordable. This time I needed a diagnostic, which they sent over an estimate quick via online text that showed pictures and details so I could approve. Very convenient. They also took the time to remind me my warranty would cover the fix and recommended I check with the dealer first. Otherwise they quoted me a one day turnaround with a fair price. All in all I will return as my first stop for all repairs.
