  As someone who is less than a perfect driver, I have to go to Tuffy (the one on Diversey) a lot, and they always take really good care of me. They get me in and out quickly by the times promised, do a thorough job, and are always kind and accommodating. Special shout out to Freddy and Alan who make me feel welcome and well taken care of :)

  Honest, easy to work with, and it's easy to get an appointment. I took my Volvo SUV there for the first time today. Oil change, spark plugs replaced and tire rotation within a few hours. So honest -- they reported that brakes and struts will need replacement in the future, but told me there was plenty of life left in them and there wasn't a need to rush work on them.

  Great and efficient service and customer service. Dropped my car off at 8 with an issue I couldn't pin down. My car was fixed and ready for pickup within a couple of hours. Thank you!

  Their work is solid and they show me exactly what’s necessary and what’s a matter of comfort, but could wait if I don’t have the money for everything all at once. I trust them for their opinion, and I trust them for a second opinion if the dealership gives me a whole laundry list of things that they think need to be done thank you Tuffy. You’re the best!

  I have trusted Tuffy for more than 20 years. I trust them above what the dealership tells me because they either take lots of pictures or walk me out to the car and really show me what’s necessary for safety and what are the other things that are really just more about comfort and could wait if I want to wait. They give me a choice at Tuffy and their price is a fraction of what the dealership tries to charge me.
