  Excellent customer service by Treyvon from start to finish!!! I rented a standard SUV to move my son back to college (pre-paid booking) and upon hearing this, Treyvon ensured I had the best possible vehicle to make the move as smooth as possible. The Jeep Grand Wagoneer had more than enough space for not only my son and all his stuff, but my wife as well! (and her stuff, lol) Treyvon was also there for my return of the vehicle and took time to accompany me to the garage for a walk-around of the Jeep. Treyvon and Sixt made renting a vehicle an enjoyable experience which is usually not the case with other car rental companies. Again, thank you Sixt Lincoln Park & Treyvon!!! I'll be seeing you again soon for my next rental.

  I love Sixt! I was forced to start using them because I was very frustrated with another Rental car company. Since I switched to Sixt I have had a great experience.

  I wish I could give them 0 stars. I have rented Sixt at this specific location for a few months. The service has been good! But this time around OMG. First, for the first time I was gonna use my debit card. I called customer service and I was told that no documentation was needed since I wasnt renting from an airport. However when I got there, the manager informed me that documents were needed. I proceeded to show him one and was told it couldn't be accepted. Ok. I really needed the car. I told them I would come back the next day and use my credit card instead. The manager told me the car would be there. I come baxk the next day, and surprise surprise, no car for me. The employee, that was less than courteous, tells me that because my reservation that was prepaid was not picked up yesterday, it wasnt there for me anymore. Ooook. I reminded him what the manager had told me the day before and he said he couldn't attest for what someone else said. Lol. Ok. Then I am being told that I can make a brand new reservation for the same type of cars but double the price lol. I knew at that time they didnt want me to get a car with them. That's ok. I was able to go to Enterprise and get a 7 seaters as needed for a regular price, the same day. I wont be coming back, not that they care. Customer service for all customer is key. This place isnt it.

  Absolutely unacceptable customer service from the Lincoln Park SIXT location. I have been renting from SIXT regularly since January and have spent thousands of dollars with this company. I have never had an issue until dealing with Stephanie, the Area Manager. During my rental, Stephanie made unnecessary comments about my personal finances, including questioning why I rent vehicles instead of buying one and commenting on how much I spend on rentals. That is not her place. A customer’s financial choices are not something an employee should be commenting on. She then questioned my documentation and treated me as if I was doing something wrong instead of simply asking for clarification. I walked in with my officer duty gear and clear work bag, yet I was still treated with suspicion. The level of disrespect and judgment I experienced was unacceptable. When I addressed her behavior, she apologized, but when I did not immediately accept the apology, she attempted to shift the situation and make it appear as if I was the problem. What makes this even more concerning is that she is an Area Manager overseeing multiple locations. This is not just a single employee interaction — this is someone representing SIXT across multiple branches. I am also disputing a minor rim damage claim because the vehicle already had similar cosmetic damage on the other rims, and I was initially told I would not be charged. The timing of the claim after I voiced my concerns and left a negative review was concerning. After being a loyal customer who has spent thousands with SIXT, I expected professionalism and respect. Instead, I was made to feel judged, accused, and undervalued. I have canceled future reservations at this location and will no longer be giving my business to this branch. SIXT should seriously review how customers are being treated by management at this location.
