The team has this uncanny way of greeting you like you’ve been swapping trip stories with them for years. It’s friendly without being forced, familiar without being presumptuous. They ask about your plans because they’re genuinely curious, and the conversation feels more like chatting with people who want your trip to go well than running through a checklist. The space itself is compact — tucked neatly into the Hyatt — but the service feels anything but small. They offer suggestions, remember details, and make the whole process feel unrushed and personal. In a city full of big, anonymous rental counters, this one stands out for delivering the kind of hospitality that sticks with you long after you’ve driven off.
- AKArt KJul 3, 20261.0Be careful about their after return charges. They keep emailing for some new charges even after 2 months of the return. They charge a lot of admin fees for the things I heard the first time. I will never rent from them again.

And corporate refuses to give you the number to the actual physical location you rented the car from. So if you have an issue with your reservation/car, you can’t speak to the employees at that location to get things resolved. And corporate is incredibly unknowledgeable, unhelpful…and rude. Would not use Sixt again. I’m sticking with Enterprise instead.
