  We rented a vehicle for my bil's graduation at UIUC and Justin brought it out for us. I would have probably pulled my hair out trying to figure out where everything was if it weren't for Justin telling me where everything was beforehand, he was amazing and personable and overall a great experience.

  Do not rent from Sixt. Not only did they not have the car available that I reserved, I received a $1200 claim for an almost invisible to the eye scratch that they caused. If you google search, the company had to settle a class action lawsuit because there was a company wide scandal of falsifying damages and predatorily charging their customer. This business is a scam - do not waste your time or money

  terrible customer service, they would not accept my form of payment even though my card was on the approved list of accepted cards to pick up the rental. the people at the counter informed me I would get a full refund. I paid 71.10 for the booking. I called customer service to find out when i would get the refund. They advised they do not see a refund. I have spoke to customer service multiple times and a supervisor- they will not assist and say they cannot confirm that I will get a refund.

  Awful experience. I used to love this company but after today's fail on their part i'll never use this crap. Booked for two weeks, came all the way from California and was told by a rude rep that I can't use my temporality license due to my current ones were renewed by DMV.

  Do not rent from this location!!! When we went to pick up our car, there was only one representative working leading to a long wait both at the counter and for them to actually bring the car up. The whole process took around 45 minutes for a rental scheduled at 8:30am. We received a car that was 600 miles past due for service (they were shocked that we had this car when we dropped it at O'Hare) and now they're demanding that we pay a toll fine even though we explicitly asked the representative to add it but of course, we have no proof since she did not do it. We usually choose Sixt over all other brands but since they want to haggle over a $30 fine, I guess we'll pick a new car rental brand.
