  Worst service I have ever had with a body shop, took longer then was told. Kept coming up with excuses and even went as far as telling me something else was wrong with my car when I personally when myself and showed them it wasn’t.

  Let me tell you about my experience at Quality Transmission. Initially I dropped my car off at a different Transmission shop that was closer to my house. After having my car for nearly two full days, they told me I need my catalytic converter replaced and my transmission completely rebuilt. I was a little skeptical and didn't really buy into what they were telling me. So I wanted a second opinion. I googled Transmission Auto Shops and found Quality Transmission and Auto Repair shop with a TON of positive feedback from their customers. So I called and scheduled an appointment with Frank. Frank and his team did a complete inspection of my car and called me right away with the results. He told me they tested my transmission and it was completely fine however my catalytic converter did need to be replaced. After the catalytic converter was replaced my car ran like new! He saved me over $1,500 and only charged a very fair price for the catalytic converter. I can't say enough good things about Frank and his team at Quality Transition and Auto Repair shop. He honestly goes over and beyond to keep his customers happy. I can honestly say that I trust him and his team and I will use him in the future. Thank you Frank! You've been a big help! Know that your customers really appreciate everything you do for them!
