  Let me first say that out of all of the repair shops I've ever taken my car to, Pete's Auto Service rises above all of them on every level of positive experience! ALL team members were extremely pleasant and their warm and welcoming disposition was a true delight to encounter. Customer service and satisfaction are quite evident when you walk in the door. The atmosphere of the shop was sincere and professional. They also provided me a courtesy ride back to my home when I dropped off my car! Kept me updated via phone, text and email regarding repairs, etc. Well, I couldn't pass the emissions test and after taking my car to another shop, which advised me I needed a new CVT, which I knew 99.999% I didn't need, I thanked them and walked out the door. Frustrated and on my way home, I made a u-turn and went to Pete's down the street for a second opinion. They provided me with a detailed document with colored photos of my car inside, outside and under the hood, with details of parts needed and cost to repair. Pete's thoroughly explained the codes and other issues my vehicle had, due to it not being able to pass emissions and fixed them. After which, they took my car to the emissions testing location for me and Hallelujah it passed!! Overall, my experience with Pete's Auto Service matches no other auto service I've taken my car to in life. I will continue to bring my car to Pete's and tell my friends and family about their excellent car repair services.   First of all, I just want to say that I highly recommend this shop! A little backstory: For months, I had been struggling to get my car to pass emissions after replacing the transmission. I kept getting turned away and felt like I was hitting one dead end after another. After months of frustration and disappointment, I finally got my car running well enough to take it in again, but I was told there were still a few things that needed to be checked. I searched online and called this shop, where I was greeted by a friendly person who pointed me in the right direction. When I arrived, I met the owner, Pete. From the moment I spoke with him, he treated me with kindness and respect. He took the time to scan my car free of charge and helped me figure out exactly what I needed to finally move forward. After months of feeling defeated, Pete restored my faith in humanity. His willingness to help, without expecting anything in return, meant more than he probably realizes. Thanks to his honesty, knowledge, and generosity, I finally got the answers I had been searching for. Thank you so much, Pete, for your compassion and outstanding customer service. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping people, and I'm incredibly grateful for everything you did. I will absolutely recommend your shop to anyone who needs honest, trustworthy automotive service.

  My experience with Pete's Auto Service was great! I was referred to their shop by CARMAX to do warranty repair of a bad purge valve which caused the check engine light to come on. We set up the appointment for the next morning, and Pete assured me he would try his best to have the work done by day's end. Thankfully he was able to get the authorization from the Warranty company in time to do the covered repair in the time frame he promised. Their inspection accompanying the work was very thorough and well documented and they even made additional repairs based on it. Both Pete and his assistant Pablo were very courteous and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to call on them for future repairs. Highly recommended!
