  After having a tree branch fly into my car I was left with a decision of where to get the window replaced. Safelite repair has such great marketing I decided to call them and to my surprise they had multiple up charges and the cost surpassed my budget they wanted almost $600 to fix my windshield. I took a deep breath and went to google my trusted source for real reviews and there it was New Pilsen Auto Glass what a life saver they were overly professional and best of all quick and efficient. Let me tell you about the price it was considerably more affordable than the big names or the query searches that companies pay to have their company featured on top. Best deal in the Chicago land area by far!

  I called them for quote for back window replace. They told me it is $360. Then, I went to there, and he told me $650 at the first. Then, $550 which is same price as another major glass company. Then, told me $500 cash. Huge price difference from the 1st quote. Because I am not white. that is why they changed the price?? this is ridiculous. I do not trust this shop at all and do not recommend this place either....... it is very sketchy..... Of course, I did not ask for the service and left this place.

  Had to get my car window replaced because my car was broken into. Went in around 8.15 am and the repair was done in 30 minutes and the prices were very reasonable. The service was quick, staff were polite and they also had a very adorable cat who walks around the shop. In addition to replacing the broken window they even removed any glass debris left in the car that I couldn't clean in time. Would definitely recommend this place!
