  Hard to find at first, as the entrance is actually on the corner of Clark and Lake--and then once you go down the elevator, it's a bit hidden within the parking garage. But oncebi arrived, it was extremely efficient. Mikyl clearly runs this place extremely well, and has every step refined into a well-oiled operation. Really nice guy, and wouldn't hesitate to rent from here again.

  Great location to hire and return car, staff is helpful more than you expect and very fast. Polite and empathetic customer services, you won’t see often these days. No unnecessary delays in hiring and returning. Price is competitive as well. We had great experience hiring from national and will go again there when back in Chicago.
