Needed road side assistance and had to leave car running for an hour during heavy rain & wind in Chicago. Awful experience. Brand New car, I just can not understand this!! I was stressed the whole time, afraid to shut car off that it might not start again. Could Not wait to return it. However, Rental process itself was smooth, easy in and out.
