    My experience at McGrath was great and no hassle. Maria was amazing and made you feel so comfortable. Peter was very helpful and calming. Both helped the experiment go smooth and get the process done.

    Thank Mike Snyder for great customer service putting my needs first saving me $ on my dream Acura Integra ASpec tech package. For any of your questions Mike knows the answer even got me a better deal on a lease than we got a 72 months with 0 money down . No high pressure sales even got me top tier money on my used BMW set up my Acura app on my phone and know s I am phone illiterate

    Phenomenal customer-service that's personalized, customer-oriented for Acura and HONDA owners alike. Stress free, no-hassle, transparent pricing, honest communication, no upsells: McGrath Acura Downtown Chicago knows how to make it easy and convenient for the customer to have legit peace of mind and confidence in every step of the service and repair process. My expectations were already high from consistently excellent customer service here in the past -- but my latest visit for a windshield repair and the support I received from Service Consultant Luis and Service Manager Johnny was extraordinarily helpful in navigating safety and longevity concerns for driving and protecting the resale value, and warranty for my vehicle. Everyone I've ever interacted with at this dealership seems to take legit pride in their work delivering service that is sincerely customer-centric: issues are explained transparently - clearly, coherently, cogently. No jargon, the plan is the plan, and here's how - when - why you need to prioritize certain repairs. You can feel that energy when you walk into the service area -- you know you're going to be taken care of. It's a vibe. (Service area is also impeccably clean, comfortable, and ideal space to work-while-you-wait.) This dealership is savvy and practical about customer budget needs. They regularly offer service specials and marketing promos that they tell you about, so you can take advantage of them. You can tell that they want to help you and also take care of their team and business. My phone calls are returned promptly, communication on the scheduling, intake, and process while waiting for repairs is text-email-in-person as you need. They are honest with you on wait times, pricing unknowns, the need and priority of the repairs and work to resolve the unknowns ASAP. My service consultant, Luis, was warm, friendly, genuine, and sincere. He offered his honest take, experience, and expertise in talking me through my options for service and helped me figure out how to set myself up for a budget for future maintenance needs arising at my next mile / month mark based on the timeline of care and warranty extensions / care packages. I had to return for a follow up -- and that could not have been more convenient or smoothly run to make it as easy as possible. Amazing! Thank you Luis! When I emailed to Service Manager Johnny to share my positive experience in response to the survey, the first thing Johnny mentioned was his respect for his team, and that he was going to be sharing this with them personally. SO helpful and this is the level of personal support and obviously collaborative team that makes me want to keep coming back and because I love to recommend things -- recommend them to everyone I know and it's the reason I'm writing this review. Lastly, this one is more nuanced -- but I feel like my and my husband's interactions at McGrath Acura are so different from what we have both experienced at other dealerships. We never feel like we're getting upsold, the maintenance plan is the plan, the rationale for every system maintenance and repair is explained accessibly and with an insider's level of "I would do this, you could do this now for convenience or come back in 6 months, you should do this now for safety, longevity, etc." That level of detailed prioritization is so helpful for folks on a budget trying to prioritize what needs to be done. Shopping around, you'll see their prices are fair and deals they offer customers on service specials and seasonal discounts make them competitive. I sincerely appreciate that I could have peace of mind being at the dealership to get my repairs / service done without having to leave to go elsewhere for a much better price. I so deeply appreciate the excellence of customer service and engagement happening top down from intake to sending me out the door in a nicely washed car. I also like the fact that I can just plan on 2x annual visits and have familiar faces and folks who I can trust. Cannot speak highly enough about this experience!
