  We were honored to be Hunter’s first sale. Eager and knows about the Acura Integra. And so far very happy with our cat choice. When Hunter didn’t quite know Keith the sales mgr did. Appreciate the service and hope it continues- so far it has as Hunter even gave us a tutorial on the car which was hugely helpful

  ​I had an incredible experience purchasing my vehicle at Acura, thanks to Celia and Peter. ​Celia was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. She was genuinely nice, completely zero-pressure, and took the time to listen to everything I was looking for to help me find the perfect car. Her upfront transparency made the entire process seamless and stress-free. ​When it came time for the paperwork, Peter in the business office was just as fantastic. He walked me through every step clearly, and his friendly, polite demeanor made the time fly by. I couldn't be happier with my experience and highly recommend working with this team!

  Very disappointing service and customer care.I spent over $600 to fix the middle seat on my Acura MDX about two months ago but as of today it’s getting worse because the job was never done properly. Unfortunately this is not the first time I got screwed by the mechanics of this location.Very poor performance and disappointing outcome

  Ask for Stephanie . She handled the safety recall work on my 2020 MDX and went well beyond the job. She kept me updated the whole time without me having to chase her, and she even tried to help me recover the PIN for my nav system — not her job, and she took it on anyway. The part that stuck with me: after the recalls were done, I had error messages on the dash before I’d even pulled off the lot. She held the car an extra day and didn’t hand me the keys until it was actually right. Easy to send me out the door and make it my problem later. She didn’t.

  I’d like to give Maria at McGrath Acura Downtown a 5-star review! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm welcome and immediately got down to business. She took the time to ask what I was looking for in a vehicle and showed me a couple of different options without making me feel pressured. It was a rainy day, so we sat in her office and went over the numbers. Once the rain stopped, she took me out for a test drive—and that’s when I was sold! I ended up driving away in a brand-new vehicle right off the showroom floor with only 20 miles on it and a low APR! 🙌🏽🚗 Maria made the entire experience smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable.
