Super disappointed in this place. This started off as a very pleasant experience before it turned bad. I just want to start off by saying Dre was great. Very nice man and helpful. Tried out this place for the first time for tires. I spent over $300 for 2 brand new tires. That same night I noticed that one of the tires was getting dangerously flat so I took it to the air pump to put some air in it. The next morning I go to leave for work and the same tire that I had just put air in is completely flat. I call to inform them cuz these are supposed to be new so why is it flat? They told me to come in that day but I couldn’t cuz I had work so they tell me to come in the next morning for the first appointment spot at 8 AM. As I’m trying to put more air in the tire before I go to the appointment, it’s not filling up lol. So I call again to inform them that I’m going to be late for my appointment, where the person on the phone (Alex), told me to come in when I’m ready and they’ll take care of me right away. I had to have someone take it for me cuz again I work… (I originally took the car in on my day off) and they are now saying they never received a call from me and giving this person helping me out a hard time. i haven’t even had these tires for a whole 48 hrs. I don’t know if there’s no communication going on within that establishment, but that’s what it seems like. To anybody new who’s going there just be cautious when considering this place. I’m actually really sad about this because again I started off having a very pleasant experience only for it to turn out like this where I never wanna go back again.
