  Awful experience with this parking, only renting here because it’s the closer to the apartment where I’m living, Ive been having issues with my membership and billing, they deactivate my account despite I let them know in advance I sent a money order to the address on the invoice(this was back in January) I was trying to find options at that time but VICTORIA APICELLA and her awful customer service did not do a single thing to help me until I got upset and started requesting to speak with her manager she won’t transfer the call to her some how I found the managers direct phone number and called her directly she was able to help me and I was able to add my checking account information for direct payment so this situation would not happened again. Now today I’m getting to the parking and my monthly parking it’s locked!! How can this happen when I’m supposed to be in auto pay and the autopay was confirmed! I signed and and now my checking account was not there and I owe them 2 months rent plus fees why those payments were not taken as agreed and once again I was confirmed the account was added and I wouldn’t had any issues. I need a solution to this ! And on top of that the monthly parking rent it seems it went up from 263 to 273 without previous notice this is a disaster.
