  IT'S A TRAP! Pre-paid for "Event" parking for a concert and they short the back-end time to make people pay more. They trapped a bunch of us after a concert let out. Don't use this garage OR use a service that let's you pick an appropriate amount of time to walk back from soldier field. Had nearly a perfect night besides this garage.

  We had reserved parking here until 11:30 and we were at the exit at 11:29 and they charged us $14 for parking. We had our parking reservation for almost half a day and they wouldn’t budge. When we asked for someone else to talk to they stopped responding and ended the call. We sat there for almost 20 minutes trying to negotiate that we were within our reservation and they unfairly charged anyway.

  0 stars. They are not clear when parking is full. Most facilities put the sign in the middle of the entrance ramp, but their's was off to the side. When I was denied access and called for assistance, they told me to back up down the curved elevated ramp because I "chose to ignore the sign." They refused to buzz me through to turn around safely. Why would I drive through unless it was confusing? Horrible, idiotic and rude.

  They tell you after you pay to go park some where else. When request your refund you can’t get a hold of them it’s just an email. Stay far way from this garage. They SCAM you and take money for services not used.
