I haven't been this lost in a labyrinth since The Goblin King took my brother Toby. Good location, good price, but very tight parking. There are a lot of dead ends in here, so be careful where you go. Saw many people having to reverse upon hitting a dead end.

Love the parking spot, but it’s one lady that wears a mask and glasses short cut blonde she is very rude she came to the booth 30 minutes late no apology no anything and decided to be nasty and rude. Then when I left out the parking lot she went back out the booth and as I was driving off she went downstairs in the parking lot to sit and lean back and talk to friends. She always have a nasty attitude and it’s very inconvenient when it’s time for people to leave because I be late for work, please do better

No signs to figure out where you are going. Narrow turns, horrible machines and non helpful attendant. I was also over charged!!! $28 for 91 minutes of parking. Should have been $20.

Extremely difficult to park here in my experience, I now never use it even though my office building is connected to the garage. You're often asked to turn over your key so they can double- and triple-park the cars on lower levels, which I'm not very comfortable with, and then you have to make sure you leave before 6 pm to meet up with the valet. It's tight to navigate and rare to find a spot that you can park in yourself. I twice experienced the lot being full even though I had booked/paid in advance. Also, I recently had an emergency where I forgot something in my office, and the attendant blocked me from leaving at the gate and said I had to pay $15 even though I only had the car there a few minutes at 6 pm and it wasn't busy. Apparently there is no grace period at all - if you enter the garage, you have to pay.
Added a star for the kind lady at the desk who let me leave without paying the $15.

This is my favorite garage to park in! Yes the turns are tight but hey that’s the city for you. The QR code was difficult to scan but you have to angel your phone just right and it works. Pricing is good, lots of spots to park in! Also when they close the building at night just press the buzzer button and they’ll let you right in to go to the garage
