- DWDesiree Warren3 days ago1.0LAZ has some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I do not recommend parking in this garage! My boyfriend and I are residents so we have to unfortunately park in here but I wouldn’t otherwise. If there is an issue like the gates not raising after we swipe our pass, it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get someone to help you in a timely fashion when you press the call button. You’ll call, explain the issue and they will give you unhelpful responses and continuously hang up on you. You should be ashamed, LAZ.
- RRRachJul 10, 20261.0My story is so long I was treated so poorly by the parking attendant when I scanned my ticket and the door closed on me this guy was definitely up to something I made the call at 7:50 PM the reason for me not being able to get out after scanning my parking pass was because I was adjusting my car so I don’t scratch it while trying to get out the attendant insulted me and treated me as if I was a liar literally I kept the parking receipt with me because I will be making that complaint for sure

I said so valet , is there an extra fee? But he just kept yelling at me to turn around. Completely unprofessional.
