  Avoid this garage. One star only because zero isn’t an option. If you read the other reviews, you’ll see the exact same complaint again and again, going back over a year: the exit machine breaks, and because there’s only one exit, every car behind it is trapped. Nothing has been fixed. It happened to me on the morning of August 16th. The machine failed on the woman ahead of me and within minutes there were 10 cars backed up behind me with nowhere to go. We pressed the call button and got sent to voicemail, then finally reached someone who wasn’t even on-site, because no one was staffing the booth. The gate only lifted for her after people were screaming into the intercom. Then it happened all over again when it was my turn. I could talk about the filth, the cramped spaces, and the SUVs crammed into spots marked “Small Cars,” but that’s not what matters. The real problem is that this garage traps paying customers behind a broken gate with no one there to help, over and over, and does nothing about it. That’s not an inconvenience, it’s a safety hazard. Park somewhere else

  The box to pay and to exit are always broken. There is only one exit so if the box can’t read someone’s ticket a long line of cars form. This has been an issue for the past year and there has been no long term solutions for this. As a monthly, parker it is extremely frustrating

  IDK what everyone is talking about and I'm so glad I didn't avoid this lot because of the reviews. I parked over the weekend, 2 days for 58$ total (reserved prior to entry idk if the price would be different if I didnt), which is amazing for chicago. I mean what did you all expect, a complimentary valet service?

  By far, the worst garage conditions we've seen here in Chicago! The place is extremely dirty, no security cameras or any precautions are taken, and not to mention that the spots are poorly designed so you WILL spend at least 20 minutes daily to find a place where you can park your car. $250/month and guarantee that you will find yourself complaining about it as soon as you start using it.

  The most horrible place to park. When is time to exit you will be trapped up to the 3rd floor for about 40 min. There is no ventilation any ventilation at all . No open windows no fan the air from all trapped cars is so poisonous you would think you are dying. Do not park here. Ever
