  Never pay for multiple days at this garage. I bought 4 days worth of parking for lollapalooza and we arrived the first day and everything was fine. Then when we left it was a nightmare to get out back onto the Main Street and get on the road. Then when we arrived yesterday it wouldn’t let us use our pass and made us spend $50 dollars to park for the day and they won’t answer or return my calls or emails. It’s impossible to get through to laz parking or maneuver their website and I would never recommend anyone stay here unless you want to get screwed. Nobody was onsite to assist us this was the worst parking experience I could imagine.

  UNPROFESSIONAL. If you’re going to do monthly parking, you have to wait until their “office hours” are open to get it. If you purchase online, you still won’t receive your pass. I had to email back and forth in order to receive it. Took a week and still did not receive parking pass because they “didn’t receive my email reply” after it was sent. I purchased on the 18th. Instead of having great service and compensating me back for the days I did not have to pay, they told me they could not credit the days I paid for and still was going to charge $125 for me to park the last week of the month🤯. Vicky does not know what she’s doing. I asked for a whole refund and quickly denied even wanting to park here which is inconvenient because I live close by. If I ever reconsider doing monthly parking at this location, it would be because of Manager Damal who was nice. Thanks to him for explaining and being apologetic. But that entire process is horrible

  I always used to park here when I was attending DePaul about 10 years ago, never had any issues. Now something has changed. Came to visit downtown on Sunday and got stuck with my husband and his mom for 45 minutes - the machine wasn't accepting any of my credit cards (tried 3), none of my husbands nor him mom's. It kept giving error code for every card. We had no cash. Pressing "help" button did nothing - employees weren't even there, my husband tried running around the 1st floor to find them and didn't find anyone. I called 911 hoping the cops can get us out as I didn't want to break the law by just raising the bar and leaving. We tried to pay at the machine at the exit and it wasn't even accepting the ticket! (paid or not, it was refusing to eat that paper). I saw a car behind us and the driver was told us he lived there and he might help to get out by scanning his pass. I couldn't believe he wasn't pissed and also was willing to help! But first he wanted to try our ticket and the machine finally worked! We thanked the driver, paid the damn $13 and got the hell out of there! Police called back and I said we were already out. Absolutely insane situation, next time will take Uber.

  We were stuck in the parking lot for 45 minutes post bears game along with 30 plus other cars. Employees took 25 plus minutes to even come to “try” to get us out. Then no apology or refund.

  I wish I could zero star here. Pre paid and reserved but even with that “lot was full” even after watching 10+ cars leave. It is “first come first serve” even with a reservation. Support also took 20 minutes to answer and you have to back out to the place they will not open the gate so you can exist.
