  Terrible parking experience. I booked a spot at 75 W Harrison St through SpotHero, but when we arrived, the garage was basically full. More than 80% of the spaces appeared to be reserved, and almost every remaining available space was extremely tight and blocked by poles. We drove around trying to find somewhere to park, but the few spaces left were so narrow that it felt like we would literally have to scrape our car against a pole just to fit. We weren't willing to risk damaging our vehicle, so we decided to leave. We tried to cancel because there was no reasonable space available, but the attendant still forced and yelled at us to pay $11 just to leave, even though we never actually parked and accidentally forgot to scan the spothero QR code. If you're booking this garage through SpotHero, be aware that having a reservation does not mean you'll actually find a usable parking space. I would not recommend this garage at all.

  I pay for monthly parking and have been in the garage for over a year. The owner has sold too many reserved parking spots so now even though I’m paying $320 a month. I still don’t have a parking spot. Also had my car vandalized while in the garage and nobody helped me and I was told the cameras don’t work. If I could leave a negative star review I would

  Horrible parking lot. I ended up scraping my car on a cement post trying to squeeze into the only spot left after multiple attempts to get my car in. It's very cramped and almost impossible to park. Trying to get refunded on spothero since I had to pay to park elsewhere

  Complete Rip-Off. Charged $44 to park for less than 90 minutes! Be ware! Don't trust the sign that says $17.
