  Stay away!!! This company will take your money and leave you stranded with no parking for your event in a city you don’t know. Shame on them. My daughter went to a concert and bought parking here months before. She arrived in Chicago at the parking garage and her ticket would not open the gate. She went into the attached hotel and they told her they couldn’t help her, but then gave her the number for LAZ Parking. No answer. Stranded with no place to park and her concert starting in an hour. Fraudulent business tactics.

  Paid for parking and was sent a notice that I owed $100. I disputed it immediately on their portal with a bank statement proving I did pay to park and never heard back from them. They sent my notice to a collections attorney. They are predators. I will never be parking there again and they are definitely not getting any more money out of me. DO NOT PARK HERE!

  I would give them a negative if I could. Make sure you use Spot hero cause their system sucks. Dirty filthy garage. unfortunatly not many options.I was desparate once... never again.

  This is not my first review of this garage. But, I feel it's important to add more. LAZ does not currently operate this garage. It is operated by Best Place United States LP: 1000 N West Street Brandywine Bldg. Suite 1200 Wilmington, DE 19801 This company absolutely does not care about this property or its customers. Elevators are constantly not functioning. Garbage can be seen on the ground for days upon days without cleaning. People sleep in cars and the stairwells smell like urine. Customer service is non-existent. You can email them... fill out a website form... call them... multiple times. If you happen get any response, consider it like winning the lottery. If you purchase monthly parking, it will create an "account" on their website. However, the account is useless. There's no ability to cancel services, or update vehicle information, or do anything you actually might need to do. They use a 3rd party vendor (PRRS) to monitor license plates with cameras... and if a mistake is made on their part, you will receive an excessive fine that will take you weeks to sort out after providing proof of payment. If I wasn't forced to give them 1 star as a minimum to write this review, I would give them zero stars. This is without a doubt, the very worst business I have ever encountered in my entire adult life.

  I got 10 unauthorized parking notice that's charging me more than $1000 from PRRS last month even i pay my monthly rent for the parking
