  TERRIBLE PARKING LOT ! No reponse or help from the facility when my car got broken into . Just park here if you want to waste your time and money.

  DON'T park here. I parked at this surface lot twice. I paid the parking fee using their kiosk once and the QR code a second time, received a parking receipt to place on my front dash. Three days later the parking lot claimed I did not pay and sent me (2) separate notices for a $100 violation for "unauthorized" parking. Would NEVER park there again. They are now pursuing a credit report collection action against me. AWEFUL!

  I've used this lot for years. Recently I received a bill for non-payment out of the blue. Definitely a scam.

  I use this lot frequently. I always pay. Received notice of fine due to non-payment. I appealed and am awaiting result (had receipt to counter) Save your receipt, though, as this lot is out to get you.
