  This garage was clean, safe and the attendant was helpful. We thought the overnight rates were reasonable for the city.

  Booked with SpotHero. Decent parking space. Beware of scammer who furiously banged our window while entering asking for entry fee and tried to make me get a ticket. SpotHero bookings just need to show QR and not take a parking ticket. After we ignored him and drove away, he started abusing us. Got a bit scary confronting that bum. Good location as it’s close to Art Institute and Millennium Park. Definitely recommend SpotHero to get cheapest rate here.

  DO NOT PARK HERE. They have absolutely no integrity what’s so ever. We parked for a little over 24 hours and it says it was going to be 65 dollars on the sign. We were 55 minutes over from staying in a hotel and it was a 113 dollars!! For less than an hour! Mind you no where does it say you can’t park more than 24 hours. It’s literally parked under a hotel! Then as a cherry on top we had multiple bags to bring to the car, and we were from out of town. It took us about 15 minutes which is this supposed to be”grace period” to get out of the hotel. We were charged another 13 dollars for just sitting in the car. It’s absolutely ridiculous. It was literally on footage that we were sitting in the car trying to make plans to go across state lines. Please save your money and DO NOT park with these greedy scammers.

  Advertised student discount, but no way to apply at the machines. Attendants don't know how to apply them either.
