  Reserved a parking spot on LAZ website and when i showed up there was no parking available. called the support number given on the pass, obvious third party support contractor found my reservation but "could not find the location" and gave me a number to call LAZ directly. The number went to voicemail when i called several times. Do not book here.

  Do NOT recommend. Booked a parking spot in advance, lot was completely full. No number or contact information to get my money back or file a complaint. Very pissed. Do not recommend to ANYONE

  I do not recommend buying a pass from this company. I bought a pass months in advance for a concert at Wrigley and confirmed my license plate with customer service the night before. Everything seemed perfectly fine until the lot was already full an hour before the gates even opened. SO many people were in the same boat… not sure how they oversold so many parking passes for a small lot. We reached out customer service asap and they couldn’t provide an alternate parking location. We ended up paying $100 to park in the SpotHero lot. They did refund the pass, but the stress, wasted time, and unexpected cost made this experience unacceptable. Never again.

  WARNING!!! Do not park here! I paid for 12 hour parking and received a $55 ticket in the mail. I had to take time out of my day to open a dispute. You cannot get updates on the dispute unless you call them and waste 20 minutes on hold.
