So I am unsure as to why it even sold me the reservation and took my money. I also cannot find any way to contact the owners to be able to get my money back. This is a scam and a rip off. Extremely unhappy and will never trust making reservations with any parking again.

We had to waste additional time looking for another place to park. It is unacceptable to charge customers for a service that cannot be provided. The organization and management of this parking facility are extremely poor. I do not recommend this parking service and will never use it again.

This is misleading and feels like a scam. If you advertise guaranteed parking, then you need to honor those reservations. This was an incredibly frustrating experience, and it completely ruined our plans. I would never use this parking service again and would not recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the time, money, and disappointment by parking somewhere else.
