We had to waste additional time looking for another place to park. It is unacceptable to charge customers for a service that cannot be provided. The organization and management of this parking facility are extremely poor. I do not recommend this parking service and will never use it again.

We paid $30 to reserve a parking spot in advance, drove for an hour to get here, and when we arrived, there wasn’t a single available space. What’s the point of selling reservations if you can’t guarantee a spot? We wasted an hour driving here, plus our money, only to find a completely full parking lot. This is misleading and feels like a scam. If you advertise guaranteed parking, then you need to honor those reservations. This was an incredibly frustrating experience, and it completely ruined our plans. I would never use this parking service again and would not recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the time, money, and disappointment by parking somewhere else.
