  The side walls are so low that they are extremely difficult to see, even while driving an SUV. Their height and placement create a serious visibility hazard for drivers turning through the parking lot. The engineer and architect responsible for this design should be held accountable for creating a layout that poses an unnecessary risk and has likely contributed to multiple vehicles being damaged.

  I just had the worst customer service experience with the operator who answered when I wasn’t let out of the parking garage. I’m 39 weeks pregnant and park in this lot 3x a week, and have for over a year. The cleanliness has definitely gone downhill but up until today I had never had an issue with leaving. Most days the gate opens automatically when I leave but today it did not and I was told it was because my code had expired 11 minutes prior. I informed the gentleman on the phone that I park here all the time, some days the time auto extends in the app and I hadn’t paid close enough attention today; the fact that I’m 39 weeks pregnant also means I’m moving slower than normal - he claims he doesn’t care and there is nothing he can do. I have to pay an additional fee for the 11 minutes, after I already paid $18 for the day and do so 12x a month. I’ll be parking at 177 lake from now on. Absolutely terrible way to treat someone who provided a consistent revenue stream.

  When it works, it’s ok. Good location. Easy in and out. But, when it’s bad it’s very bad. It says 24/7 onsite but it’s a call button that either doesn’t work or the person on the end tells you to get a ticket and then hope for a refund. The parking office had no one there during rush hour and no hours posted. Stay away!!

  So this parking lot is very tight. The slots are narrow and the space in the middle to drive is pretty tight. I would never bring a larger truck to park there.

  Only garage my car has ever been broken into. There is zero security, cameras or help. Street parking is better because at least there’s people watching your car.
