- JKJen KordasAug 18, 20261.0Paid for parking through the LAZ app but ran over my session by about 20 minutes. Despite having proof of payment, I received a $102 “Notice of Non-Compliance” from a third-party company called Parking Revenue Recovery Services (PRRS). After months of disputes, an Illinois Attorney General complaint, and a debt collection attorney getting involved, they would not budge. if you park here, know that PRRS monitors this facility and issues flat $82-102 penalties for any overage, no matter how minor. Buy extra time upfront or park elsewhere if your plans might run long. I won’t be parking here or any LAZ facilities ever again.
