  If you stay at the Claridge house, DO NOT PARK HERE. Despite paying for multiple days there is no in and out and you will pay for multiple days up front. Total scam and hotel staff does not say anything. Very rude parking assistance. Glad you’re still in business

  Had a spot reserved through Parkwhiz. When we arrived at the garage we were turned away, stating they were full. The employee was extremely rude and would barely even spend a moment talking to us, before walking away and slamming the door. In all my years have never experienced as bad of a parking experience as this.

  Similar as other reviews booked on SpotHero. SpotHero didn’t mention valet parking and employees started yelling and were rude as heck. You’d think if you had that many customers not notice it’s valet that they should update their SpotHero information… if employees attitudes were that bad I didn’t trust them to valet my car and found parking else where.

  Valet... the attendant was rude. Then i was given the wrong key also my car charger is missing.

  Find a different garage. The older guy who parks the cars here is extremely unprofessional and rude and dealing with him and how he will treat you and your car isn’t worth it.
