  They will heavily overcharge you and make really bad excuses why they increased the price from $112 ($130 before coupon) to $160. Avoid this location at all costs. I got a oil change service 5 months ago and 12 months ago 2 different cars with them (first time jiffy lube shopper). The price was reasonable but still a little expensive $112 after coupon, but now they are saying oil costs gone up because of the "war" but $30? i don't think so. Also the quote on their own website was $137 which is still pretty high, but somehow its $160 from the physical shop? Yeah okay, clearly taking advantage of the older community that lives around the shop that don't know better. Local competitors are selling the same service for under $100 with a much better service.

  UPDATE #2: (8/6/2026) now it’s been 6 MONTHS since my initial review. Regional manager OMAR hasn’t been able to get the part they broke. I haven’t heard back from him. OIL SPINDLE is the part. I haven’t heard from him or Jiffy Lube since my February 2026 visit, I’m still left without them fixing the part they damaged. AGAIN, I have to keep calling them. I haven’t heard anything back. I’ve been forgotten. Don’t go here please. UPDATE : (4/2026) it’s been 2 months since my visit. A regional manager named Omar after my issue. He was nice and called me to inform me I was getting the oil spindle replace for free. He said he ordered the part through a Chevy dealer. He called numerous parts stores but the part for my car type was not found. He said he would keep in touch with me until the part arrived. I know it’s been political climate (tariffs and war) possibly making this delivery take long. But I do call him to make sure I’m not forgotten. The part still nowhere. I have hope. But losing hope. (2/2026) I dunno. it's so hit or miss. my repair shop guy says "those kids that work there aren't auto mechanics. Just can't trust them." I have used them for years. I still want to have faith. often it is smooth, often, it takes forever or goes wrong or they try to upsell you. Today, I had my CODE 82 show up and I knew it had been a while since I had oil changed. I pulled in, held my breath because no one was in line. I thought, it's a sign! but then the issue of my oil filter happened again. Same as last time. The spindle for oil filter is stripped because 2 or 3 visits ago/in the past, someone put it in 180 degrees backwards. So they had a hard time installing today's. The bonus of this location, Gabriel. All the managers and employees turn over so often here but he's been a stable one. He's very nice. Always talks to me. He said if I get the estimate at my repair shop, bring it back, he will reimburse me since the spindle stripping happened at this location. Before his time! but he is going to reimburse. I'd give 4 stars but I'll change it later after I see the full money back. AND THEY ARE SO EXPENSIVE NOW! It's just so convenient location for me. sigh. Pray I actually get a smooth transaction.

  I brought my vehicle to Jiffy Lube for a routine oil change, but the experience left me questioning both their workmanship and honesty. After my oil change, I drove away only to find my car making loud noises and barely accelerating. I immediately returned, and after they worked on it and test drove it, I was simply told it was “fixed.” No explanation was given. Later, when my husband and I returned to ask what had actually happened (since we were leaving on a road trip the next day), the manager admitted that a new technician had accidentally drained my transmission fluid instead of my engine oil. They refilled it, completed the oil change, and sent me on my way—but apparently not with enough transmission fluid, which caused the problems I experienced. Only after we specifically asked did they tell us the truth and provide documentation. Mistakes can happen, especially with new employees. What concerns me most is the complete lack of transparency. I was never told about the mistake, my original receipt didn’t document it, and when I returned with obvious symptoms, no one explained what had happened. Now I’m left wondering whether any long-term damage was done to my transmission. I expected honesty and clear communication, especially when a mistake could affect the safety and longevity of my vehicle. Unfortunately, that’s not what I received.
