  The organization here is honestly terrible. You’d think having three payment lanes would keep things moving efficiently, but instead, two of the three lanes are reserved for members. It really feels like a tactic to push non-members into buying a membership. Meanwhile, the non-member line backs up all the way out to Fullerton. At that point, you’d expect management to step in and start redirecting traffic into the “members only” lanes to ease congestion—but that never happens. Instead, be prepared to wait 45–60 minutes for what’s essentially a 4-minute wash. The lack of organization and basic traffic management is frustrating and completely avoidable. I will not be returning—no matter how cheap .

  Overall it's a solid automated car wash with monthly plans. And their vacuum area is great as well. The big negative, and it's out of their control, is somehow it's the last car wash on earth with the amount of cars you'll see there. Far too often the line to get into the place is blocking Grand Avenue. They block the main entrance where the three lines start. Likely due to how that road is one way and would block the residential area. Therefore, they force everyone to enter from Grand Avenue and circle around their lot. That forces a backup of cars onto Grand blocking an entire lane for ongoing traffic. The sad thing is it's hard to catch this place at a lull time. It very frequent to be very busy with traffic blocking lanes. What doesn't help is how some customers will try to cut others, and some idiot will get in the Member's line without a membership holding everything up. I am glad they are doing well, but I can't justify waiting 30-50 mins to get a car wash. p.s.: Google's prediction on how busy is a massive failure. It says a little busy, it means it's very busy with cars blocking traffic on Grand Avenue. Only when it's slow it's actually reasonable to go through there.
