Joey was our main service advisor and always acted more like a friend than an advisor trying to drive sales. Truly appreciated his honesty and partnership.
- PBPriyanku BaruahJul 1, 20262.0I went in excited to purchase a CPO XC60, but left extremely disappointed. Despite booking an appointment in advance, the car wasn't even ready for a test drive. Additionally, they refused to appraise my current S60 because the title was still processing with the ILSOS. The sales team was uncomfortably pushy, trying to get me to purchase a vehicle I hadn't even been allowed to drive yet. To make matters worse, they insisted their vehicle "MRI" diagnostic was completely accurate when it falsely flagged my one-month-old tires as being six years old. They claimed the tires must have been sitting in a warehouse for six years, ignoring the fact that Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 tires were only officially launched about six years ago. I'm not sure if these were scammy sales tactics or just innocent incompetence, but this was a complete waste of time and a stark contrast to the great experiences I've had purchasing Volvos in the past.
