  I bought my Audi from Howard Orloff Volvo as an out of state buyer and had a very good experience. Shawn and Mark went above and beyond and were easy to work with and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. They stayed communicative, answered my questions, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I’d definitely work with them again and will be checking their inventory when I’m in the market for my next vehicle.

He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of the right way. From start to finish, he kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. I’ve been to multiple Volvo service locations, and this was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had. Ishmael’s level of care and professionalism is exactly why I continue to bring my car back to this dealership.   Ismail was absolutely fantastic to work with at Howard Orloff Volvo. He went above and beyond during my last service appointment, kept me informed every step of the way, and made everything smooth and easy.
