I had a very disappointing experience. My car sat at the shop for more than three weeks. When I finally picked it up, it looked like the repairs had been rushed and completed at the last minute rather than being worked on throughout the time they had my vehicle.
When I inspected the car, I found multiple issues with the quality of the repairs. There was overspray left on the new paint, and when I brought it to their attention, their solution was simply to sand it down instead of properly correcting the problem.
There were also several other defects, including:
* The hood was misaligned.
* The front badge in the grille was missing.
* There was a scratch under the hood in the area they had just painted. Their solution was only to do a touch-up, which still does not look good.
* The new hood was not properly blended with the fenders, making the difference in color and shading clearly visible.
* The windshield still had tape on it, as if the work had just been completed.
When I pointed out these issues, I was repeatedly told they were only “minor” defects. They also told us they would not do any additional work for free and would have to contact the insurance company to see if they would pay for it. However, these were issues with the repairs that had already been paid for, and I expected the work to be completed correctly the first time.
The person who identified himself as the supervisor performed the touch-up on the scratch under the hood, but the repair looked rushed and did not resolve the issue. After that, he went back into the office, and it felt like they were simply waiting for us to leave instead of continuing to address our concerns. We did not feel heard, and they seemed unwilling to work with us to make the repairs right.
Good customer service means taking pride in your work, standing behind your repairs, and addressing legitimate concerns professionally. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Between keeping my vehicle for more than three weeks, the poor quality of the repairs, and the unwillingness to properly correct their mistakes, I cannot recommend this company.
