Staff and service was phenomenal. They all were incredibly friendly and informative everything was covered clearly and concisely. They provided regular updates and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. I hope I never require collision services again but will never forget the incredible service I received during a very difficult time.

Gerber did a great job. The car looks like new. And was finished three weeks earlier than expected!

I had a really great experience with Gerber. My car was in the shop for repairs, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. They worked directly with my insurance, kept everything easy and stress-free, and did a great job with the repair. I also want to give a special shoutout to Jasmine. While I had a rental car, I noticed a scratch that someone had made in a parking lot. I was worried I was going to have to pay a lot of money for it, but Jasmine was so kind and helpful and was able to buff it out for me. She saved me a significant amount of money and went above and beyond to help me. I really appreciated her kindness and willingness to help. Thank you to the whole Gerber team, and especially Jasmine, for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier!
