  I had a really great experience with Gerber. My car was in the shop for repairs, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. They worked directly with my insurance, kept everything easy and stress-free, and did a great job with the repair. I also want to give a special shoutout to Jasmine. While I had a rental car, I noticed a scratch that someone had made in a parking lot. I was worried I was going to have to pay a lot of money for it, but Jasmine was so kind and helpful and was able to buff it out for me. She saved me a significant amount of money and went above and beyond to help me. I really appreciated her kindness and willingness to help. Thank you to the whole Gerber team, and especially Jasmine, for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier!

  Extremely happy with the work done by this shop and its staff. Very professional with consistent updates from start to finish, and the work completed is immaculate.

  Unfortunately, things didn’t go as expected. I left my car for a bumper replacement, and when I picked it up, all the dashboard lights were on (check engine, cruise control, tire pressure, etc.). Those lights were no on before. They claimed it wasn’t their fault and refused to fix the issue. After spending $300, I’m extremely disappointed, and I would not recommend them at all.

  Asked to get estimate for front bumper fix. Half a year later found out they reported me on Carfax and the value of my car reduced to $18000 from $22000. And they did not tell me about this. The worst
